Overview
This Sense Presence release introduces bulk task reassignment, making it much quicker to redistribute work when team availability changes.
Administrators and supervisors can select multiple tasks and transfer them to another user in a single action.
What’s new
Reassign multiple tasks at once
Tasks can now be reassigned to another user in bulk.
Instead of updating tasks individually, administrators can select multiple tasks and transfer them to a new assignee in one action.
Bulk reassignment can be used for:
Tasks that have already been deployed.
Recurring task templates.
What this means for you:
Work can be redistributed much more quickly when staffing changes. For example, a supervisor can reassign tasks if someone calls in sick, or transfer recurring task templates when an employee leaves or responsibilities change.
