Sense HR v6.2.0 is now live.

This release includes improvements to the People List, employee entitlement handling, and reporting performance. These updates are based on customer feedback and support cases, with a focus on making common HR tasks faster, clearer and more reliable.

Finding employees in the People List is now quicker and easier.

Employee ID is now available as a column in the People List and has been added to search. This means users can find employees by name or Employee ID.

Employee ID also supports sorting and filtering.

Sorting in the People List has also been improved to provide a more consistent and predictable experience, especially where multiple employees share the same first or last name.

Employees are easier to find, especially in larger organisations or where multiple records have similar names.

Managing changes to an employee’s Holiday Year is now simpler.

When the Holiday Year is changed, Sense HR now automatically updates entitlement periods, recalculates booked duration based on the new entitlement period, recalculates remaining balances, and refreshes the entitlement summary.

Holiday Year changes can be managed with less manual work, helping keep entitlement information accurate without requiring support intervention.

Report performance has been improved for reports using the Time Tracking Details data entity, including payroll extract reports.

Customers running larger reports see faster report generation and a reduced chance of timeout errors.

Large payroll-related reports should run more quickly and feel more responsive.
