Calendar is now available in the Sense Workplace mobile app.

Users can now view and book events from the mobile app, with a familiar calendar experience that works in line with existing web permissions.

In the mobile app, open Events to access the new Calendar option.

This replaces the previous Book Event tile and gives users a clearer way to view and manage events from mobile.

The mobile calendar includes event filters so users can choose what they want to view.

Users can tap the Add () button to book a new event from the mobile calendar.

Depending on permissions, users may be able to book events for themselves or for someone else.

The mobile calendar supports day, month, and year views.

This makes it easier to check a specific day or look ahead across a wider date range.

Users can navigate their schedule in the way that works best for them, whether checking today’s events or planning ahead.

The Calendar is now available in Sense Mobile, making it easier to view and book events from the app.

Users can access Calendar from Events, filter event views, book new events using the Add button, and switch between day, month, and year views. Existing web permissions continue to apply, keeping mobile access aligned with the rest of Sense Workplace.
