The existing Notification - Notify sickness (With Secondary Manager) workflow has been updated with more flexible recipient configuration.

Administrators have greater control over who receives the email notification and To Do when an employee uses Notify Sickness from the dashboard or mobile app.

The Recipients configuration allows administrators to select the standard recipient groups that should be notified. More than one group can be selected where required.

Custom recipients can also be added using User Picker fields from the employee’s Job Details screen.

You have more flexibility to route sickness notifications and To Dos to the people responsible for absence management in your organisation, including people identified through your own Job Details fields.

The Notification - Notify sickness (With Secondary Manager) workflow already supported configuration, but now provides greater flexibility over notification recipients.

Administrators can combine standard recipient groups with custom User Picker fields from Job Details, allowing the workflow to better reflect different management and supervisory structures.
