Overview
Sense HR v6.0 expands Screen Designer, giving administrators more control over the screens used across HR processes.
Screen Designer now provides a single place to create and manage Profile, Return to Work and Expense Line Item screens.
This gives organisations more ownership over the information they capture, without needing Support or operational teams to make every screen change.

More HR process screens can now be configured directly in Sense HR, giving organisations more flexibility and reducing reliance on support-led changes.
Configure Return to Work screens
Return to Work screens can now be designed and maintained in Screen Designer.
Administrators can also configure dedicated Employee and Manager variants, making it easier to show the right information to the right participant during the return-to-work process.

Return to Work forms can be tailored more closely to your organisation’s sickness follow-up process.
Configure Expense Line Item screens
Expense Line Item screens can now be configured in Screen Designer.
This also extends to the Sense Expenses mobile app, where expense claims now reflect the configured line item screens instead of relying on the previous fixed experience for Normal and Mileage expenses.

Expense capture can better reflect the information your organisation needs, including in the mobile app.
Simpler Screen Designer experience
The Screen Designer experience has also been improved to make screen creation and maintenance easier.
Improvements include:
A single management experience for supported screen types.
The ability to duplicate existing screens
Clearer screen settings and creation flows.
Improved save flows, variant configuration, dialogs and quick actions.
Organisation-wide default modal width for dynamic screens, while still allowing users to resize screens when needed.
