Administrators can configure which milestone birthdays trigger reminders, how far in advance reminders are sent, who receives notifications, and whether a birthday message is sent to the employee on the day.

Milestone birthdays can be recognised more consistently, with less manual tracking for HR teams and managers.

The new Work Anniversary Milestone Reminder workflow helps organisations recognise key length-of-service milestones, such as 1, 5, 10, 15 or 20 years.

Administrators can configure which anniversaries trigger reminders, when reminders are sent, who receives notifications, and whether a personalised work anniversary message is sent to the employee on the day.

Important service milestones can be acknowledged consistently across the organisation, helping teams celebrate employee loyalty and contribution.

Both workflows can automatically create planning or recognition tasks for the right people, such as administrators, managers or HR teams.
