Overview
The Sense Mobile app allows you to access your HR information on the go. This guide explains how to download the app, log in using your verification code, and understand what to expect once you’re signed in.
Download the App
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device.
Search for “Sense Workplace.”
Tap Download or Install.
Once installed, open the app.
Log In to the App
Enter your login email address (as registered with Sense HR).
Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to you by email.
• This code is provided by your HR administrator.Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your PIN or enable biometric login (if available).
If you have not received your verification code, contact your HR administrator.
Home Screen
Once logged in successfully, you’ll see the home screen displaying available tiles.
Tap any tile to open and interact with that section of the app.
Important: Logging Out
After logging in, there is no need to log out of the app for everyday use.
Each time you open the app, you will be asked to enter your PIN or use biometric login, keeping your account secure.
To temporarily stop using the app, simply close it as you would any other app on your device.
⚠️ If you log out, you will need a new verification code from your HR administrator to log back in.
