Overview

The SOS app on the Sense Badge is a personal safety tool that allows workers to send an urgent help request directly to supervisors and emergency contacts. The wearer controls when to trigger or cancel an SOS. Once activated, the Badge sends an immediate alert to designated contacts for fast response.

Sending an SOS

1. Tap the SOS app tile on the Sense Badge.

2. An SOS alert will trigger immediately.

  • The alert can only be cancelled within the first 5 seconds, while the screen displays SOS Activated.

  • To cancel, tap Cancel.

2. Once the SOS is fully sent, it cannot be cancelled. The Badge will display SOS Sent when complete.

✅ An SOS alert is now active. Supervisors and emergency contacts have been notified.
