About the Administrator Dashboard

The Administrator Dashboard is your starting point in Sense HR.

It brings together key organisation information, actions that need attention and your own HR information in one place.

Widgets give you quick access to areas such as open Sickness, Attendance, To Dos, your team and upcoming Events.

Use the Administrator Dashboard to see organisation activity, actions that need attention and your own HR information at a glance.


Administrator Dashboard widgets

My to dos

Shows To Dos assigned to you and helps you see what needs your attention.

Click a listed To Do to open and complete it directly, or click Go to To dos to view all your To Dos.


Open sickness

Shows employees with an open-ended Sickness Event where an end date hasn’t yet been recorded.

For each Open Sickness, you can see how long the employee has been absent and whether a Fit note is required.

Click Record end date when the employee returns to close the open-ended Sickness.

Click + Add to record Sickness.


Holiday

Shows your Holiday entitlement and remaining balance.

Use it to quickly check how much Holiday you have available.


Sick leave

Shows information about your own Sickness absence.


Next work shift

Shows your next scheduled working shift from your Working hours schedule.


Attendance

Use Attendance to clock yourself In or Out where Dashboard Clock-In is enabled for you.

Click View history to see your recent clockings.


Activity feed

Shows recent activity across areas you have access to, helping you see what has changed and who performed the action.


Team

Provides an at-a-glance view of people in your team or organisation and their current status.


My documents

Provides quick access to your documents.


Upcoming events

Shows upcoming Events relevant to you.

The Administrator Dashboard is designed to surface useful information without requiring you to open each area of Sense HR separately.

Use the widgets for a quick overview, then click through when you need more detail or need to take action.
