Sense ATS: Indeed vacancy sync now available

Released: 6th August 2026 · Publish eligible vacancies directly to Indeed and receive Indeed Apply applications back into Sense ATS.

Released: 6th August 2026

Product: Sense ATS

Who it affects: ATS Administrators and recruiters

Available on: Elite and Enterprise plans, or Professional plan with ATS add-on

Overview

Sense ATS can now publish eligible vacancies directly to Indeed.

Once the Indeed integration has been enabled for your organisation, recruiters can turn on Sync with Indeed for individual vacancies. ATS then handles publishing, updates and removal automatically.

Applications submitted through Indeed Apply are returned directly to Sense ATS and appear alongside applications from other sources.

What’s new

Publish vacancies directly from Sense ATS

Eligible vacancies can now be published to Indeed from ATS.

Once Sync with Indeed is enabled for a vacancy and the publishing requirements are met, ATS sends the vacancy to Indeed automatically. There is no separate vacancy upload or manual Indeed posting step.

Sync with Indeed on a vacancy

What this means for you:

Recruiters can manage Indeed publishing from the same vacancy they already maintain in Sense ATS.

Vacancy changes stay in sync

When a published vacancy is updated in ATS, supported changes are automatically sent to Indeed.

This includes changes to information such as:

  • Vacancy title

  • Description

  • Salary

  • Location

  • Workplace type

  • Closing date

If the vacancy is closed, moved to Draft, deleted, becomes ineligible, or Sync with Indeed is turned off, ATS automatically sends a request to remove it from Indeed.

What this means for you:

You do not need to maintain the same vacancy separately in ATS and Indeed.

Indeed applications arrive in ATS

Candidates who apply through Indeed Apply are automatically added to Sense ATS.

Indeed applications appear in the usual ATS recruitment areas, including:

  • Applicants

  • The vacancy Applicants tab

  • The vacancy Pipeline

  • Applicant profiles

CVs and cover letters are attached automatically where supplied, and screening question responses are recorded against the application.

Indeed applicant in ATS

What this means for you:

Indeed applicants can be managed in the same ATS workflow as candidates from your other recruitment sources.

AMI scoring works with Indeed applicants

Indeed applications can use the same AMI-supported review information as other ATS applications.

Recruiters can review information such as:

  • Match percentage

  • Ranking

  • Answer quality score

  • Question responses

What this means for you:

Indeed applicants fit into the same candidate review and comparison process already used in Sense ATS.
