A new Forms - Live Poll workflow is now available as part of the Forms Early Adopter Beta Programme.

The workflow provides a complete polling process using Forms, from creating and distributing a choice-based survey through to collecting and reviewing the results.

Administrators can build a poll, choose the audience and send each recipient their own private form session. Results are then tallied automatically as responses are submitted.

Administrators can create polls containing single-choice and multiple-choice questions, with options to customise the survey name, questions and available answers before sending.

Each recipient receives their own private Forms session to submit their response.

Polls can be created, distributed and completed through one Forms-based process, without needing to collect responses separately.

As recipients submit their responses, results are automatically tallied on the survey creator’s dashboard.

When the due date is reached, the poll closes automatically and the dashboard shows how many people responded and how many did not complete the poll in time.

You can follow participation and results as the poll progresses, without manually combining responses or waiting for every recipient to reply.

Once the poll is complete, the survey creator can email themselves the compiled results with a single action.

If the results are no longer needed, the poll can simply be closed instead.

Completed poll results can be retained and shared easily, without exporting and compiling responses manually.

Forms - Live Poll is currently available through the Forms Early Adopter Beta Programme.

An active Sense Forms Licence is required, and customers should discuss deployment with their Account Manager before installing the workflow.
