Before you begin
Make sure:
☑️ AMI is included in your organisation’s plan or rollout
☑️ You have been given access to AMI in Sense Portal > Team Access
☑️ You have the correct underlying product permissions for the agents you want to use
🖊️ Note: Access to the AMI workspace is managed in Sense Portal. If AMI does not appear in the Product Switcher, an administrator may need to turn on AMI access for your user account in Portal > Team Access
Overview
The AMI workspace is the central place to interact with Sense AI using specialised agents.
From here, you can start conversations, select agents, submit requests, and review results — all within a single interface.
AMI appears in the Product Switcher when AMI access has been enabled for your user account in Sense Portal.
Understanding how to access and use the workspace helps you get the most out of AMI.
