Introduction
Managing profiles on the go just got easier. Admins and managers can now access the People list on the mobile app, just like on the web, and quickly jump into any profile to view or edit information.
Access and permissions mirror the web to ensure a consistent, secure experience across both platforms.
How it works
This app will only be visible to users on the following permission scheme
Administrators
Managers
Manager with Indirect reports
Log in to the app and arrive at the mobile dashboard, and select People.
Here, you can edit select a screen.
Screens and fields will be visible based on your permissions:
Access-based visibility: Managers can only view/edit the screens they have permission to access, admins can view/edit all.
View-only fields: If a field is view-only, it will remain view-only on the app.
Hidden fields: Fields with no view access will be completely hidden.
Add new records: You can only add a new record in a table screen if your permissions allow it.
