Overview
The Agencies feature lets you give each recruitment agency its own link to your organisation’s external vacancy board.
Agencies can use their link to view available vacancies and submit applications on behalf of candidates.
Applications are automatically linked to the agency that submitted them, so you can easily see where candidates came from.
From Agencies, you can:
Create an agency and generate its unique link.
Copy and share an agency’s link.
View how many applications an agency has submitted.
Update an agency’s name.
Enable or disable an agency.
🖊️ Note: Agency links provide access to your external vacancy board, not to the ATS administration system.

Browse or search for available vacancies.
Click a vacancy to view its details.
Open the Application tab.
Upload the candidate’s CV and optional covering letter.
Enter the candidate’s details.

The application is added to ATS and automatically associated with the agency.

If you no longer want an agency to submit applications through its link:
Go to ATS > Settings > Agencies.
Find the agency.
Open its More actions (…) menu.
Select Disable.
The agency’s unique link will no longer work.
🖊️ Note: Disabling an agency prevents further applications through its link. Applications previously submitted by the agency remain in ATS and can still be reviewed and managed.
Delete an agency
You can delete an agency if it has no applicants associated with it.
Go to ATS > Settings > Agencies.
Find the agency you want to delete.
Open its More actions (…) menu.
Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion.
⚠️ Important: Agencies with associated applicants cannot be deleted. If you no longer work with an agency but want to retain its application records, you can Disable the agency instead. This stops its application link from working while keeping previously submitted applications in ATS.
