Sense Tech Clock Installation Guide

Installation Pack Contents:

  • Wall clock(s)

  • NFC cards (if requested)

  • Adhesive 3M strips

  • 12v DC Power Adapter

Pre-Installation Checks:

  1. Ensure there is a 12V power socket within reach of a 2-meter cable.

  2. Ensure there is adequate space on the wall to mount the clock.

  3. Ensure the wall surface is flat and clear of any obstacles such as cables or existing mounted items.

Step 1: Take two of the adhesive 3M strips from the box. Peel off the surface strip from the back of the strips and apply the adhesive side to the back of the clock.

Step 2: Take the remaining two adhesive strips and stick them against the strips on the clock (Velcro to Velcro), leaving the adhesive side facing out.

Step 3: Peel the surface layer from the 3M strips to expose the adhesive and apply them to the wall where you wish to mount the clock. Ensure the clock is at least 1.4 meters high up the wall.

Step 4: Connect the clock to power by plugging in the 12v power cable into the power port in the back of clock.

The clock will attempt to connect to the network, shown by flashing question marks in the white box at the bottom of the screen.

Once the clock has established a connection (which could take a few minutes based on cellular service), the white bar at the bottom will display the current date and time.

Your clock is now ready to use! Simply distribute the employee’s clock-in cards and start tapping!
