Before you begin
Make sure you have:
☑️ Received an SSO invitation email from Sense
☑️ Access to your work Microsoft or Google account
☑️ Used the email address linked to your Sense account
☑️ Contacted your manager or HR team if you have not received an invitation
Overview
Your organisation may allow you to sign in to Sense using Single Sign-On (SSO).
This means you can use your existing work Microsoft or Google account instead of creating or remembering a separate Sense password.
Depending on your organisation’s setup, your invitation will connect your Sense account to either:
Microsoft SSO
Google SSO
Once connected, future sign-ins will use the same work account.
Sign in to Sense with SSO
Step 1: Open your SSO invitation email
You will receive an email invitation from Sense ([email protected]).
Open the email and select the Click here link.
🖊️ Note:
The link is used to connect your Sense account to your work Microsoft or Google login.
Step 2: Sign in with your work account
After selecting the invitation link, your browser will open the Microsoft or Google sign-in page.
Sign in using your work account.
Use:
your Microsoft work account if your organisation uses Microsoft SSO
your Google work account if your organisation uses Google SSO
⚠️ Caution:
Do not use a personal Microsoft or Google account unless your organisation has specifically told you to do so.
Step 3: Approve permissions if prompted
You may be asked to approve permissions so Sense can connect your SSO login to your profile.
Review the prompt and select the option to approve and continue.
Once accepted, your SSO login details are connected to your Sense profile.
Step 4: Access Sense
After completing the sign-in process, you will be logged in to Sense.
Your Sense account is now connected to your work Microsoft or Google account.
Future sign-ins
For future logins, Sense will use your connected Microsoft or Google account.
If you are already signed in to that account in your browser, you may be logged in automatically.
If not, you will be prompted to sign in using your Microsoft or Google work credentials.
Troubleshooting
I have not received an SSO invitation email
Check your junk or spam folder.
If you still cannot find the invitation, contact your manager, HR team, or system administrator.
The link does not work
Try opening the link in a different browser or a private/incognito window.
If the issue continues, the invitation link may have expired. Contact your manager, HR team, or system administrator and ask them to send a new SSO invitation.
I am being asked to sign in with the wrong account
Make sure you are using your work Microsoft or Google account.
If your browser automatically signs in with a personal account, sign out of that account first or try again in a private browser window.
I see a permissions or approval message
Your organisation may require IT approval before you can connect Sense to your Microsoft or Google account.
Contact your internal IT team.
🖊️ Note:
Sense cannot override your organisation’s Microsoft Entra or Google Workspace security settings.
I connected the wrong account
Contact your manager, HR team, or system administrator. They may need to check your account and send a new invitation.
