You can see your teams working status in multiple places in throughout SenseHR.
1. the first place you will always see this, is your dashboard via the 'My Team' widget.
Here, you will see next to each persons name their various statuses for today. These comprise of;
Working
Non-Working Day
Event Based (e.g. Holiday, Sickness, Maternity, Training)
2. Another area administrators and managers can view employee statuses, is the 'People List' as this is displayed down the right hand side of the screen next to the location.
3. Finally, you can see individual employee statuses as well as when they are due to return to work via the employee profile in the overview section.
On the left, the current status for today and the date the event ends if their status is anything other than 'Working'.
On the right you can see what their next working shift is meant to be by their standard working schedule.
FAQ
Why does a user’s working status show as Unknown?
If a user’s working status appears as Unknown, it may be because their profile is incomplete, no working hours configuration has been assigned, their account is inactive, or there’s a temporary sync issue. Start by checking the user’s profile details and assigned working hours configuration under People > [select profile] > Planner > Settings. If the status remains, reach out to Support for assistance.
