Anviz Clock - No Attendance Data showing for a Specific User

This is a step by step guide for when a specific user has no attendance data showing in Sense HR when using an Anvis clock.

If no data is feeding from your Anviz clock into your Sense system for one or more users, but it is working for other users, please complete the following steps:

On the Anviz Clock:

1. Press M

2. Log in as an admin

3. Select Users

4. Find the user(s) in question on the list of profiles

5. Select Ok

6. Make a note of the user’s clock ID

In SenseHR:

1. Open the People screen

2. Select the user in question

3. Select the Employment Details screen

4. Ensure the T&A ID field matches the user’s ID on the clock.

If you've recently updated information in an Employee's Employment Details screen, the Time and Attendance ID will need to be updated to reflect the changes that have taken place whereby the 3's that were previously required to be added, now need to be removed.

For example, if your Time and Attendance ID had to be changed to be '343538', this would need to be updated to be '458'.

If the clock ID and the T&A ID match, but data still does not pull through, please contact our support team via the chat bubble in your Sense system.
